- You have a forward step up, and a lateral step up to warm up this time!
- Today's move is goblet style step up, forward, one leg for reps at a time!
- Simply use the bottom step or two MAX to start; heart rate is the goal!
- See if you can hit 3 rounds today, Jenn!
QUICK TEST! Are you able to do this with either/both arms WITHOUT PAIN/DISCOMFORT?! Report back w results either way! 🙂
Then, two moves below back-to-back once to warm up:
1A. Alternating Forward Step Ups BODYWEIGHT x 10 reps ea. side
(1 UP RIGHT, 1 DOWN RIGHT, 1 UP LEFT, 1 DOWN LEFT, etc.), own pace!
1B. Lateral Step Ups BODYWEIGHT x 10 reps ea. side own pace!
REST 60 Seconds, THEN: 60 BPM 1/1:
1A.Forward Step Ups 10lbs GOBLET x 10 reps @ 1/1 ea. side
(1 UP RIGHT, 1 DOWN RIGHT, 2 UP RIGHT, 1 DOWN RIGHT, etc.)!
REST 60-90 sec, see if you can loop 3 rounds today, Jenn! 🙂
