  • Rests are 2-3 mins MAX!

1A. Cat-Camels x 10/ea. Direction!

1B. Hip Hydrants x 10/ea. Side!

1C. Scorpions x 8/ea. Side!

1D. Periformis Stretch x 30 Seconds/ea. Side!

NOTE: DO NOT BOUNCE BACK AND FORTH LIKE THE ANIMATION! JUST HOLD "THE TOP" OF THE STRETCH WHERE YOUR KNEES ARE CLOSEST TO CHEST, YOU'LL FEEL STRETCH RIGHT ON HIP/SIDE OF GLUTE!

REST for 1 min after mobility, then see if you can hit 3 passes of the circuit below today, guys! 🙂

1A. Push-Ups:
Tyler x 20
Jenn x 10 (Do traditional until you HAVE to drop to knees!)

1B. Russian Twists x 40 sec!

1C. Seated Hip Abductions x 12/ea. Direction!

1D. Touchdowns x 40 sec!

1E. Knee-Tap Plank x 40 sec!

REST FOR 1.5 - 2 min MAX, REPEAT AGAIN FOR 3 TOTAL ROUNDS TODAY, GUYS! 🙂

1A. DB Stiff-Leg Deadlift/Hip Hinge 10lbs x 45 seconds - USE A SINGLE DUMBBELL (see below)!

This is a HIP HINGE movement that will hammer your hamstrings; practice a few reps with your hands on front of legs, feet shoulder width, then STICK BUTT BACK AND DON'T ALLOW SHINS TO BREAK VERTICAL; this will put all the tension in your hams - from back of knee to just under glutes. Now SQUEEZE glutes and fire hips forward, full contraction at end, and repeat for reps!
Now do it with a single dumbbell like my client shows here; keep shoulders square and don't allow back to bend forward, only go as far down as you can before you feel like you have to bend back to reach!

1B. DB Goblet Squats 10lbs x 45 seconds!

1C. Seated Hip Alien Abductors x 45 seconds!

REST FOR 2 min MAX, REPEAT AGAIN FOR 3 TOTAL ROUNDS TODAY, GUYS! 🙂
